 Downtown Statistics prove far more interesting than you might think. If you are a numbers person, it is always interesting to see what is happening in the Downtown San Diego real estate marketplace.  If you are not a numbers person, than it is just as easy to view the statistics in graph format.  We have a weekly update system so we can monitor what is happening in the marketplace.  We always want to know if Downtown San Diego real estate is increasing or decreasing in price.  Are days on the market increasing or decreasing?  What about inventory?  Is there more or less inventory available in Downtown San Diego?
