    New Condos Downtown San Diego - Sales Statistics

    Week Ending August 31, 2008



    If you compare last week's sale statistics with this current set of stats, you will see that the Downtown market is getting better, not worse.  Inventory is shrinking and prices are starting to creep back upwards.  Is this the market turn we have been waiting for?  I don't know, but it will be interesting to watch.  I do know I have three clients from the United Kingdom coming to San Diego in the next 8 weeks with purchasing a downtown condo on their minds.  Even if we don't see the value of our market, it appears others outside our area see the value.
