Downtown Real Estate Market Updates - December 2008

The December 2008 Report is now available for your review and reading. Although San Diego is down, we are not out. We are finding that prices are low enough to attract buyers, and affordable enough so they quailify for a mortgage. We are also finding the lenders are loaning, but they are making it time consuming.
