This is the seventh straight month of good sales. We'd like to think sales will continue, but as you know in this marketplace, no one knows what is going to happen. However, it is our experience that low end properties are going and gone. I searched Downtown San Diego condos the other day and only found 14 units priced $225,000 or lower.
