Downtown San Diego Condos: USD's Burnham-Moores Center

Education is an important aspect of our business.  The University of San Diego has the USD Burnham-Moores Center For Real Estate as a part of the USD School of Business.  Victoria's MSRE is from this center and in case you or someone you know is interested in higher education in real estate development, we thought you might enjoy this brochure.

Many of the professors in this program have and continue to be Downtown San Diego developers.  Knowledge of the Downtown San Diego marketplace is critical when you are selling condos.  It is sometimes amazing to us how many people don't know the history of particular buildings, the good and the bad.  Knowledge of downtown buildings in litigation is critical if you are trying to help a seller sell their unit or help a buyer purchase a unit.  Financing for buyers is contingent on the buyer, the condo, the building, the homeowner's association, and any potential or current litigation.  If you would like to view the entire brochure, just click USD's "Is A Real Estate Major For You?".
