Downtown San Diego Condos: San Diego is on the Top 10 of Most Searched Cities

Realtor.com, which is the number 1 real estate search site here in the United States, has their David Letterman type "Top 10 Most Searched Cities"  in the U.S.  San Diego is on the list, which is not a surprise to those of us who live here.

My politically incorrect interpretation of the Top 10 searched cities per Realtor.com.  Trust me, this will be a politically incorrect list unless you love bugs, humidity or weird people.

1. Las Vegas, NV  home of lots and lots of distressed real estate in the middle of the desert
2. San Antonio, TX located in the hill country of Texas  and Gruene TX, which is a pretty neat little farm style town.
3. Orando, FL with lots of distressed real estate and some really big bugs and thick humidity
4. Phoenix, AZ home of lots and lots of distressed property in the middle of the desert.  Sounds the same as Las Vegas doesn't it?
5. Henderson, NV great place to retire if you love the desert and the middle of no where
6. Tampa, FL home of lots and lots of distressed property, large bugs, alligators and humidity
7. Austin, TX actually a pretty nice city where my niece lives and works. Clean and Texas style. City slogan is "Keep Austin Weird".  A pretty perfect place for weirdo's.
8. Chicago, IL other than corporations and people who like horrible weather, not sure who lives there. No insult intended to our Chicago clients who have purchased in San Diego because they are smart Chicago clients.
9. SAN DIEGO, CA heaven on earth with beautiful ocean and fantastic weather.  (Guess my prejudice)
10. Miami, Fl another humid bug city
