Downtown San Diego: Learn From Sandra Lee

Do you ever watch Sandra Lee on Semi-Homemade? I do and it is always an enjoyable experience. Sandra does for tablescapes what we would like sellers to do for their properties. Doesn't this picture look inviting? Wouldn't you look forward to see what is being served for this meal based on the first impression of the tablescape?

Translate this picture into a downtown San Diego condo. This is what buyers want and will pay top dollar for, even in this market. Buyers want neat, clean and inviting. They want to imagine living in the unit they are previewing. Buyers want to see themselves living downtown, enjoying the lifestyle and having the best of their world.

Sometimes I think sellers should be required to go to "tablescape" school and learn presentation.
