This is a terrific system because you can search using zip codes and find properties that are in a Pre-Foreclosure stage, meaning the Notice of Default has been filed; the Auction phase, is when the foreclosure sale is scheduled and pretty close to auction; and the Bank Owned properties, which are already owned by the bank after the foreclosure auction.



I tested a couple of areas and the accuracy is pretty high on the accuracy scale, although I found a few foreclosures that were off dollar wise or value wise. Since the information is pulled from recorded public records, somewhere down the chain, the information was corrupted, or at the least missing some facts.
