Downtown San Diego Condos: Fred Eckert's REO Buying Tips
Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 8:47AM Although San Diego seems like a large city. We are still a city of smaller locales, like Downtown San Diego, Coronado, La Jolla, and places in between. I find that no matter where a buyer or seller is, they all would like to know what is going on in this REO (real estate owned by banks or investors) marketplace. To that end, I use sources for information that are honest, competent, and don't have their hand in the cookie jar, so to speak. That brings me to Fred.
Fred Eckert is one of our title company (Chicago Title) representatives. Fred always makes me laugh and has spent a lot of time creating informational tips for our clients.
