We have a great 1 Br rental available at Aloft at Balboa ParkOver the years I have discovered there are any number of folks who want to live in Downtown San Diego. Some people want to own their own condo. Some folks just want to rent and not deal with anything more than their rental unit. In addition there are those who are twixt and between. They want to own, but need to rent first to save money, clear credit, or get a mortgage.

We work with buyers, sellers and renters. As part of our downtown San Diego property management services, we rent condos for our owners. In this instance, we have a great one-bedroom loft-style unit available for rent in Aloft at Balboa Park. Aloft is a new building and of course offers all the downtown San Diego bells and whistles that urban dwellers want.

This particular unit is located on the Balboa Park side of the building and is on the 3rd floor. Aloft is one of the few mid-rise buildings downtown and is for someone who wants a little less hectice lifestyle. Some people prefer a little height, but not a high rise and that is why Aloft is so perfect.

The unit is the "platform" style one bedroom unit and offers numerous upgrades such as granite countertops, laminate wood flooring, a pool and spa, fitness center (for those wanting someplace to work out), and gated parking among other terrific living amenities. The gated parking is wonderful, especially if you are coming home late at night. As much as we all want to ignore it, safety is critical.

This 3rd floor one-bedroom is offered at $1449 per month. If you are looking at rental sites, including Craigslist, you will see that this rental rate is more than reasonable. It is a very affordable rate, especially for Downtown San Diego.
