Organized people love checklists.  In some ways I am very organized.  In other ways not so organized.  However, when working with our buyers, we like to give them a simple checklist so they can see what is coming down the road during the process.  We are in the process of changing the GMAC brand over to Real Living due to the sale of GMAC real estate to Brookfield Holding Company.  We are starting to receive some of the Real Living materials, and I thought this Buyer's checklist might be helpful to you.  Just click the image below and you will be able to print or download the form.
