Downtown San Diego Condos: May 2010 Sales Statistics
Friday, July 2, 2010 at 9:10AM May statistics are in and we are showing a creeping upward of pricing, especially at the lower end.
As you can see, prices have increased between 16% - 18.1%. Those statistics are actually surprising considering the bad news we continually hear about the real estate market. However, these increases are really at the lower end and vary from area to area. Downtown San Diego condos show an increase of 3.1% which may not seem like much, but in today's marketplace, an increase is significantly better than a decrease. Amazing how our mindset has been readjusted from the days of 10%-20% increases. Downtown San Diego continues to be a wonderful place to live and to purchase a condo.
