Now here is a different type from in somewhat the same price range as 6 Jamaica in the Coronado Cays.  While the Cays are directly across San Diego Bay from us here in Downtown San Diego, this unit is to the west in Pt. Loma.  This asking price of $859,000 would again compare to a mid-level unit in one of the Downtown San Diego condo buildings.  What a difference.

While 6 Jamaica offers on the water style living, this unit offers proximity and view to San Diego harbor from Pt. Loma.  This unit is smaller in both bedrooms....2 and square footage at 1456 sq. ft. Yet this condo is more expensive than 6 Jamaica.  Location and style are everything when people want to live near the water.  This condo is newer than 6 Jamaica and the style is more in keeping with a buyer who wants a newer style condo or single-family home.

 Who wouldn't want to cook in this kitchen....assuming one wants to cook.  As you can see there is also a view of San Diego harbor and view always adds to desireability and worth, at least here in our San Diego market.

Can you picture yourself sitting out on your deck and just watching the ships traverse in and out of San Diego harbor and the aircraft taking off and landing on North Island?  Works for me.
