Downtown San Diego Condos: The Excitement of the Bathroom
Friday, September 3, 2010 at 3:46PM If you own a Downtown San Diego condo, is your bathroom the best feature? If you are thinking about purchasing a Downtown San Diego condo, do you make the bathroom a priority? I ask these questions because I am curious why agents focus on bathroom photos when marketing a condo in Downtown San Diego. Here are some examples of what I found during a simple MLS search:
Do any of these photos make you want to jump up and go buy the condo in question?
Does this bathroom look better because it has a vase of flowers on the toilet?
If you like clean bathtubs, I guess this one would make you happy.
The best of the photos is this from the Hard Rock Hotel, but since you can't live in a hotel room all the time, I don't know if this bathroom is worth getting up to write home about.
