    Downtown San Diego Condos: Now We Want a House!

    If you live in Downtown San Diego, you probably chose the location for the urban lifestyle.  What happens when your lifestyle goals change?  Do you raise a child in an urban environment or do you move and find a more laid back lifestyle?  Normally I would say do you want to move to a family neighborhood.  However, the politically correct word police tell me that you can't just say family-style neighborhood because what if someone doesn't have a family, doesn't want a family, but just wants the lifestyle.  If anyone can figure out what to call that style lifestyle, I will become politically correct.  However, until that happens, I will use family-style neighborhood to describe a place where there are a lot of single-family homes, schools within walking distance, no high rise buildings, and not too much traffic congestion or baseball games, other than Little League.

    Here is a perfect example and this is one of our newest homes for sale.  This particular property is located in Lemon Grove, which is about 10 miles, give or take, east of Downtown San Diego, at 2810 Olive Avenue.  Lemon Grove is famous for its lemon, which is another story in itself. 

    This is a 3Br/2Ba home located on a large 6900 sq. ft. lot.  There is a fantastic unobstructed easterly view that really gives this home a feeling of spaciousness.
