    Once foreclosures became a significant problem, foreclosure scams soon followed. It is amazing how there are always some scumbags who try to make money at the expense of someone in trouble. I guess this has been going on since the beginning of time. The key is to be informed, and if unsure, ask questions. Here is a brief summary of some "red flags" that may pop up if you are in a foreclosure situation. We are here to help you, so you just have to contact us, but read this insert and beware.
