Coronado Shores: January and February 2012 Closed Sales.

The Coronado Shores are one of the three lifestyle areas in Coronado. People who prefer walking enjoy residing in the Village. Boat lovers and owners enjoy the Coronado Cays. Those who prefer high rise secure ocean living select the Coronado Shores.
Currently there are 34 units for sale in the Coronado Shores. Based on the sales absorption during January and February (3.5 units closed per month), there is a 9.7 months inventory for the Shores. This is actually a better inventory rate because a few months back there were 43-44 units available for sale in the Shores.
The following units closed escrow during January and February 2012. As you will see, 1 one-bedroom unit and 6 two-bedroom units closed escrow. The one-bedroom unit closed at $709.30 per square foot and is located in La Princessa. Based on closed two-bedroom sales, the average square footage of 1311 sq. ft., closed at an average $1,057,500 or $807 per square foot.
