Downtown San Diego Condos: Lunch at the Fish Market

Lunch at the Fish Market today was a really fun experience.  Victoria and I decided we wanted something outside Coronado so opted for the Fish Market down on the harbor front.  We enjoyed ourselves.  As always, the food was excellent and if you visit our Fish Market Gallery you can see how we gourged ourselves on grilled oysters, cilantro ginger shrimp and chowder.  Also, take a look at one of our visiting guests.

Everyday we are in downtown San Diego, we thank our lucky stars for living where we live.  San Diego, most particularly downtown San Diego is a fantastic place.  You are within walking distance to numerous condos such as The Grande, Electra, Breeza, Pinnacle, Horizons, etc. etc.

    We love it!

Downtown San Diego Condos: Tea Party Express

They say when you are in business you should not talk about politics or religion in case you really annoy people.  Sometimes that is right, sometimes wrong.  We feel the need to discuss the Tea Party Express that launched the cross-country tour from downtown San Diego last Sunday.  Victoria made the trip down to Tuna Park to see the beginning of the tour.  The section between the Midway and the Fish Market is called Tuna Park.  We love the sculptures that are in the park.  Bob Hope, a kissing World War II couple, and I remember when the tuna boats came back to port in this location.  Tells you how long I have been in San Diego.

You can view a lot more photos of the rally if you go to our Gallery and check out the Tea Party Express photos.   We feel it is important for people to express their feelings, and if you view this group you will see they were pretty sedate folks.  Nothing like the anti-war demonstrations I used to see when I was in college many many years ago at the end of the 60's and early 70's.  Political dissent is one of the hallmarks of our freedom.  For more photos just click Tea Party Express Gallery.
