Downtown San Diego Condos: Architectural Styles

This home will not be seen in downtown San Diego, but don't be surprised one day if you see this somewhere in San Diego. It is a prefabricated home and looks nothing like the prefab homes we have in various San Diego County areas. There are prefab homes in the East County off of Interstate 8 and Los Coches but they look more like the typical 3br/2ba homes. None look like this Italian designed home.

Subissatti, an Italian design firm has designed this wooden pre fab home. From the exterior it looks like any other home, at least during evening hours.
However, when you view the home during daylight hours, it is really unique.
This Italian prefab home doesn't fit the "wooden" and "prefab" category. Roberto Semprini designed this eco-friendly home and was designed as a fashionable and functional living environment. Check out our Subissati gallery for more photos.
