• I LOVE living downtown and especially at Icon.  This is such a great building and amazing location. Kona loves to sit in front of the windows and bark at dogs walking by.  It's funny watching the dogs on the other side because they can't see inside the 2-way glass.  My husband and I had a couple uncertain moments where we questioned this unit, but each time Victoria calmed us down and I'm glad we went through with it!  We were so lucky to have you both to help with the process.     Crystal

I called Victoria and Sharyn Crown based on a friend’s referral.  I immediately hit it off with them.  They listened to my goals, needs, and concerns.  As a single female I needed security, affordability, low HOA dues and fairly new construction.  Through their well-laid-out website I was able to narrow down what I wanted to view.  With Victoria’s vast knowledge of the downtown living, she was able to guide me to look at condos I had not initially thought of.  She was there for me for 2 ½ months, always willing to go look even at spur of the moment.  She also connected me with a lender who was amazing.  We all worked very well together.
