Icon was developed by preserving the original facade of the Carnation Building.  The Icon developers combined the historic influence of the Carnation building with a modernist design, Icon has created a dramatic visual statement in East Village. Consisting of four uniquely designed buildings and 327 private residences, Icon is almost a small city. Residents enjoy a large fitness center, a theater room, a lounge, and Icon's home owner's jewel, a rooftop observatory looking into Petco Park from the 24 story high-rise.
